Think it is very likely he will given the CR is 2 pips cheaper per share than what he paid today , with free 1 for 3 options thrown is as well .

It is seldom a share price goes up on a day that a 1 for 3 CR is announced .
I think the way this CR has been done reflects well on the BOD and the Chairman .
Now the current share holders only have to do their bit .

It will be interesting to see how the SP responds to the successful drilling program now that the CR that the Market knew was coming is now on the table.
