Fact - There is no forecasted revenue and no past revenue to speak of to. To satisfactorily establish appropriate remuneration levels.
Fact - LIT publicly stated that HF was not used within the "Sileach" process. Where the patent application stated that the production of HF in situ is intrinsic to the application.
Fact - LIT had possession of intellectual property relating to Lithium processing. Before "developing" competing processes.
Fact - Legal proceedings to clarify the use of said IP, would be a major burden and significant strain on an already poorly funded and poorly supported micro cap penny stock.
Fact - It is currently unknown how the underwriters intend to generate their own revenue with the stock issued to them, in exchange for their partial support of the recent credit raising.
Fact - The last bench scale experiment using the "Sileach" process was aborted within circa 24hrs. This being well short of the intended and announced period for the trial run.
Fact - Past bench scale experiments using "Sileach" were conducted using a mica input feed. Despite the many claims of being applicable to all silicates including spodumene. No supporting information has been publicly released justifying that claim is commercially viable.
