Exactly my point rokkett, LMax and "Sileach" did derive from KMax. That is a FACT!
But wait..., SM owns the intellectual property (as the inventors and patent applicants) for KMax. It's exclusive rights were vested to PWN. There is a big legal distinction between intellectual property and right of exclusive use.
Then as compensation for assistance provided. It was agreed that licences and shares of PLP be issued. As part of those licences, also in exchange to aid commercialisation of the process (did not happen). LIT were given the commercial in confidence particulars of LMax.
Then as you say "Sileach" was derived from KMax and/or LMax. Both being IP of SM. Are you seeing the problem?? I can only lead a horse to water and those are the simplest terms those facts can be stated for you.
VSPC was a a failing business run by a random Griffen, who was that? That LIT paid millions for. A good slogan and logo was born.
Testing at ANSTO, do you have any idea the time and trials it takes to invent something novel and perfect the process? A few bench scale lab tests at ANSTO and Murdoch is preliminary in nature, at best. I dropped you a little clue regarding the disappearance of a former LIT warrior the other day. There was something in that.
Sadisdorf, the dirt has barely been kicked on that one. Where in the current budget is the capital required to give that project a chance?
Youanmi, a Lepidolite deposit. Why is it that our one big Hope. Other than retailing batteries for DLG (already paid them $1m for inventory). Is a Lepidolite targeting drill bit? Think about that for a second, armed with the countless announcements claiming "Sileach" will process all silicates. Now your last chance and limited budget is being blown on a mica target. Why??
I rest my case your honour, If LIT ever looks like making any progress (doubtful, let them flounder) there could be a claim to clarify IP usage slapped on AG's desk to sink in the final nail. Does LIT have to funds to survive, would you all chip in to support it. Given recent history I wouldn't count on AG's pocket being dipped into.
Oops, too many facts. Quick bury it, I feel like John Snowden over here.
