This has not been a great week for PNV. As a general rule I agree with you Directors get a Board fee and usually hold some shares hopefully at least 2 years of Board fees so it’s got some meaning and should be able to trade in the trading windows.
Where I disagree is Directors are no different to other investors and want to maximise a return. For three Directors to “ need money” in the same week and sell shares seems an odd coincidence!!! If bad news comes out anytime soon it will reflect very badly on the Board .
