If something price sensitive does come out that he ought to have known about, then I'll be the first to complain loudly to ASIC, and I'd recommend that other HC posters do the same.
I reported the CEO of GBST not so long ago, and he was promptly brought to book.
It's not as if these directors are badly paid, yet they still feel the need to screw over honest market participants like us.
If something price sensitive does come out that he ought to have...
