Billis is from the old world. He wouldn't want to read that book. And if the Authorities, ( very wrongly mind you) didn't make him sell all that bullion and give the proceeds to the shareholders. TBR would have half a billion + in bullion holdings. Having said that , the yearly dividends here are second to none. Ps Billis has looked after the shareholders better than anyone else in the goldspace I think
