My view is that either the director has no knowledge of the deal or there is nothing to know that is not publicly available - see s. 1043 A Corporations Act. Recent announcement mentions a December quarter finalisation (pushed back from the September quarter mentioned mid year). My guess (for what its worth) is that any deal is sometime off.
