agree with everything you say but fact is even if it all goes absolutely pear shaped those options he’s been given ensure he doesn’t ‘walk away with nothing’ but in a dog eat dog world why not make sure your protected so good luck to him I say. The only negative to it that I see is that it would have given more confidence all round to see those options issued at a higher price - still I’m not concerned - it certainly shows he has cunning and brains.
