Ditto @Guemar those of us who were lucky enough to meet the management crew in person are comfortable in the act they are fair dinkum and are working as far as possible always in the interest of shareholders and to this end it is a very good management process to bring all of the senior management into the share holder fold. To qualify my statement Hersham is a recent appointment post Covid so we have not had the pleasure of being able to meet him in person, hopefully in the future. Undoubtedly he would be operating in a similar manner to the rest of the board re their priorities which would include forwarding the company with all of us in mind (shareholders which includes the board).
