Tax loss selling is what I would put it down to. The amount is so insignificant I don't think we can draw any conclusions from this.
Also, I believe he is moving on not because he does not like the company anymore but because he has given all that he has to offer as Chairman/Director. Even David Williams from Kidder Williams has stated that he believes after a couple of years a director has no more to offer a company due to the basic fact, they have done that within the space of 2 years. I believe the same.
We could very well look back in a few years and wonder why we didn't buy more shares in this company.
