Looks like there will be companies operational in Malta before MXC even confirm works have started or raised the money for it. 12 months before mxc's self appointed timeline to be operational.

Signing a LOI first and claiming first mover advantage doesn't help much if others sail straight by them.
If only they used the money they raised for Malta the first time.
