Debal....looks like you were very wrong on two counts....ie 1. issues of Blackout / Director
buying and 2. no more announcements would be made during that period....
On another general note.....In relation to the R &D refund issue .....ZIP did it and
received funds...their business product is basically a tech product like WGL's and I
would probably say that ZIP gave them the heads up of how it is to be done !!!!
