With regards to Directors buying shares, if one were to get upset about the timing of Mr Pinto buying more shares you could argue that they should never, ever be allowed to buy shares in a company, on the basis that they are ALWAYS in possession of information that us mere plebs know nothing about.

I personally have no problem with the timing of his purchase and instead take it as a sign of some very good news to come on Wednesday.
