seems quite a vote of confidence, if the boss puts in $90k of his own money to buy shares (off market?);

if you want to go conspiracy, you would say 'when you have 2.8 mill shares, and 500k in the money options' why buy another 400k; maybe some tax shuffle or other shuffle with mate / family member; but (non conspiracy) if you want to view only positive then you say 'Adreas had 'only' 2.8 + 0.5, and he wanted to UP his holding another 12%. That seems the most likely.

And I guess there are only small windows for directors to buy - so this is really good news
