These performance shares are they linked to revenue or just for having a job?Can you please link to which report/ann this information is in? As mentioned before if this happens i can see nothing but down for the SP.
What would give a good impression is not taking the performance shares(if eligible) as i cant say there has been much performance.A crazy amount have already been taken for very little performance.
