Less time in training staff in the company's processes etc so there will be greater productive time.
I like the progress of Elton and Aqura which will further lift the underlying profit. That we made 200K net in the first half despite all the doom and gloom, tells me we can easily lift the net profit into the millions, and with that, sustain the dividend. I've been an active buyer, like Elton.

Hi precis - I wouldn’t bother replying to the posts of Mikalee ... he/she is only on HotCopper to downramp VRS. Not sure why grinding the axe but only 5 posts, all on VRS, all negative and claims not to hold. somehow the poster thinks he/she knows better than a director who’s built a sensational business (Elton Consulting). I’m with you ... although the accumulating has been hurting so far.
