Good insight @precis certainly agree that remuneration for those at the top needs to be reviewed and significantly reduced as a matter of urgency – structure is very top heavy with an Mr Lamond “acting” at MD, 2 CEOs and then a number of senior executives and regional managers etc.
However if results continue in line with current reporting and the same old stories/lies are rolled out there is a very real danger that the company won’t be around by the next AGM – If results, especially margin is not where it should be, shareholders need to act and throw their votes and support behind the team who offered an alternative approach, should they step up again.
