    There is a difference between "insider" and "insider trading".


    What is meant in the above quote is somebody that is inside the Company.  Directors are subject to blackout periods where they are not allowed to buy.

    The fact that Director is buying can be seen as a sign of confidence but not as a sign that he is privy to new market sensitive information.  They have recently presented as public information their sales pipeline.  I would expect that Director is confident that some lucrative sales will eventuate which has been publicly declared in their presentation.  All IMO
