    Has anyone looked at ARR values in Spectur? And what they are "worth".

    In part, SP3 is a SaaS company.

    The webinar gave ARR values of:
    FY18 = $400k
    FY19 = $770k

    The AGM presentation suggests Recurring Revenues from non rentals made up 21% of revenue.

    In May a figure of 18% was given. So we could suggest that a rough "average" of 20% of revenue comes from this source.

    Using an ARR calculator and inputting the ARR value of $770k and a growth rate of 95% ((770-400)/400) (last FY results) estimates the value of this to be about $3.8m. Some ARR models simply take the ARR figure and use a multiple like 8x to do this (which gives a figure much higher than $3.8m).

    The thing is, this $3.8m estimate is on last years results. And it is for about 20% of the revenue source of the company.

    Not hard to go from there and think that a $7.5m market cap is way too low already.

    One of the reasons I've been buying.
