Don’t really understand your point. BB participated in the cap raise in Oct last year at 25c. These shares were only issued to him now post AGM vote. So what’s the problem? You could have bought at 25c before and after the suspension. Shares are now 40% higher and I expect them to be 1.5x higher by the end of the year (from the 25c). BB Getting options? That’s great. If he doesn’t have an incentive and skin in the game why would he bother? I like the fact that he has money at stake. If he has few millions in DTZ shares and options he would def do his best to make sure they are worthy!
