    but the criteria for awarding is post award from court of legal action and getting paid the 100mil
    but the legal action is not over or totally settled ? is there and offer to settle which we don't know about?
    have i miss read this?
    why are they to my observation getting rewared early and before all conditions met
    any folks here have a good connection at investor relations to please explain from company?
