1.5% Cash Bonus, CALCULATED from the Tanzania "Settlement Amount (exclusive of all fees paid). Does this mean 1.5% of ~ US$120 Million?
Lots of goodies are being paid - Double Dipping?
In the EGM Notice of last year there was NO REFFERANCE TO THIS 1.5% Bonus! I think it is "Material" and should have been put into the Notice of Meeting.
LETS HOPE THE CURRENT INDIANA BOARD IS FULLY INFORMED.
