these share are free, and lots of them, but the criteria for awarding is post award from court of legal action and getting paid the 100mil but the legal action is not over or totally settled ? is there and offer to settle which we don't know about? have i miss read this? why are they to my observation getting rewared early and before all conditions met any folks here have a good connection at investor relations to please explain from company?
