it could be defended that the information in the webinar had already been released to the market long ago, with saying 15-16 cents return.
the but and big but is that nothing was 100% in that declaration as it was the result (not yet had) of the legal case... ongoing for 7 year? if i recall.
so it a big if and buts and about actually getting paid, even now there is a could over how much, and will they pay (zam GOV) the full amount as they could drag it out and reneg, and hence furthe legal action. ...so no real totoal cash in had yet, even if we got a pre payment, long way short of total and of course the time line
