we’ve been seeking some comment or any view or reassurance or even a White Flag from AN1 and/or HNG about the progressive disappearance of the AN1 share price, as the AN1 B of D in particular has a obligation to; but the only response is deafening silence.
That HNG is behind the EGM for 11/4/24 to approve the issue of significant numbers of AN1 Tranche 2 shares to itself and its associates and directors, without a complying explanation and with a gobbledygook voting exclusion (see Notice page 9), warrants regulatory review.
