If Sandy and his mates are serious about keeping this thing listed, then I would start smelling the Board suggestion (& recommendation) of a reverse stock split shortly...after all, it wouldn't be a first for this company would it?

If they are not, then I would not be surprised to see them either de-list and have the tangible assets (if any!) absorbed into HNG or they might think it is worthwhile to accommodate a back door listing.

Then again, another option maybe to start generating profits instead of losses and building up a sought after balance sheet etc etc etc....
