Bernard recieves 4.5 million shares as performance rights. I havent bothered looking at the metrics required in the renumeration report because, why bother, im sure its worded in such a way that he was always going to get these.
But lets look at the reality.
a) Share price at 10c (5 year lows) b) Had to capital raise at the same 5 year lows c) has no jv partner and any jv partner now will also get in at 5 year lows d) behind schedule by years and likely previous capex budgets under estimated
They have secured the government loan ( on conditions which we cant yet meet ). Which is the only dim light anyone can shine on this company along with some resource upgrades which every explorer and junior always ensure they can drip feed to the public along the way.
How a director can qualify for 4.5 million performance rights in light of the above is trully disgusting and makes me lose faith in the integrity of its directors and board.
Shame on you guys.
