To be fair he had already said in a recent announcement - the AGM maybe? That he planned to sell a portion of his shares in the short term, it wasn't much.. less than 1 percent from memory down from 51 percent to 50 percent I think. He also said he planned to sell down to 35 percent in the long term so this shouldn't be a surprise. I agree tho optically it looks dodgy.
