I had a read through his last earnings call (12 feb). He was asked about his sales and he said it related to funding his life. Said he plans to possibly sell down to 30% (to leave him room to move i guess). Referred to Buffett a number times in the call and now in this letter. Im almost sold on buying but still need to do a bit more research. Still looks undervalued to me but not a 50% MOS at current price.
