If, as the majority of us all here think, many board members are buying now after some level of encouragement from other board members / management or anyone else for that matter then the board members buying recently should still reflect on what value they have brought and then choose to do what Dan had decided for him - Be a content new shareholder that watches progress from the sidelines.
In other words, spending ones tax return on some AMI shares doesn't bring much forgiveness from me for the destruction they should ultimately be held accountable for. Sitting on an audit or rem committee doesn't count as a game changing achievement and if any is re-standing I will be keen to learn what they can demonstrate as an individual contribution of substance during their tenure. I do believe there is a lot of overlap and it would seem that with Quinn, Brazil, Graham and maybe throw in Cox from a finance expertise perspective the company would do just as well if not better if they jettison the others including Botten. Im sure Brazil will sort it one way or another and will easily see through a few token purchases...
