Looks to me like someone has started a fire in the boardroom - informed the incumbents to get with the programn or they will be outed - I am sure Mr Brazil plus some other large holders can bring some pressure to bear on their future position on the board - about time !!
Now just needs to eject all those directors who were complicit in the Dragues DD and purchase - as they are obviously incompetent - their removal will undoubtedly allow the AMI ship to pick up speed.
Rarely is justice served (on ASX companies) on incompetent directors who have cost shareholders substantial capital losses.
