This recent spate of buying has been Unbelievable.
Outside of Quinn, Gilles and Vassie none of these heroes could support the business through the recent crap raise or at any time prior to Brazil buying up big and taken a position on the board. Suddenly the pockets aren't so deep and they are buying. Pity none of this cash goes to the AMI cash balance and how many holders may have bought in the crap raise had they shown this type of support back when it mattered most.
I hope some are up for re election (Corlett?) and Brazil leads the charge to move them on, maybe they can hang out with Dan. There's too many board members and too much overlap of experience anyway for the size of the business. Anyway at least they are finally supporting but too little too late IMV.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think Susie Corlett will be up for election - We need to organise enough votes to get rid of her as well as:
- Change the constitution to make holding shares a conditon of board membership
- Change the constitution to add that any proposed acquisition must be voted on by holders before it can be completed
@line of cobar will you be running as we could use some independent representation?
