The thread title is "change of directors interest notice" which would almost naturally infer that Borg buying, showing confidence would be the theme of conversation ~ so yes, it is a Borg bought more ra ra ra thread.

Your first sentence subliminally questions his purchase price of "all the other shares he holds."

If you had of directed the question on the general discussion thread, and if I thought you were remotely interested in the why the company listed with a market cap of $800m I would have happily done a brief reply post for you.
