    I don't understand.
    BB could have sold well above $1.10 if he needed the money. Maybe a blackout zone period for directors.
    the sale will create a huge tax problem even with the 50% discount.
    Why not wait 3 days and sell in the next tax year. 3 DAYS

    Not sure what to make of it- maybe caution
