As far as I am aware, the CEO has neither stated any reason for selling shares nor stated what his future intentions might be. This is not reassuring for shareholders. Some BODs keep their shareholders better informed than this.
Provided that all the relevant rules have been observed, there can be no undisclosed bad news about RPL that was known to the CEO while he was selling his shares. This is reassuring for shareholders.
Less volume today, even though more than a third of today's volume was caused by the CEO selling. Maybe it is now safe to emerge from the bunker.
