The directors over at LSR saw them do it twice actually once was at 5cents he sold $80k worth and converted the same number of options at 3cents same day, few months later I saw a separate director sold at $250k worth at 4.6 and converted even less than what he sold in 3 cent options, it was a pretty big score from memory not everyone was happy about it.

I have seen countless other converting their options I am pretty sure some NST directors did it aswell not too long ago, I see it all the time I unfortunately don't have a photographic memory to recall every specific instance for you, I only remember the LSR incident because of how much $ they made for so little effort.
