One thing is it shows they put the company before themselves, I have seen plenty of other in this situation sell on the market and then exercise using the profits, booking a 5%-10% profit in the process.
Doesn't seem management are interested in hurting the share price just to put a few thousand dollars in their own pockets, thats actually quite rare on the asx.
