    With VRS being weighted towards infrastructure services - I wouldn’t have thought so.

    Seems every week another infrastructure project is on. So much work that the NSW govt couldn’t even get a second tender for the Westconnex Roselle Interchange! They’re now offering $20M to anyone just willing to put a tender together! ... however, I accept that it is a complicated and risky beast of a project so not a fair analogy for projects in general.
