Re: Opuwo’s Feasibility Study
Dear CLA Board, Dear Blair,
As a long-time shareholder of CLA I request answers to the following questions:
1. Why was there no updated Scoping Study for Opuwo?
2. And, given there never was an updated Scoping Study (or Pre-Feasibility Study), why wereshareholders never informed as to the reason why?
3. Is, in your opinion, such behavior in line with ASX regulation, and more generally speaking,is, in your opinion, such behavior ethical? Stated differently, if a company repeatedly andenthusiastically refers to an imminent updated Scoping Study (or Pre-Feasibility Study)and by doing so lures in investors, do you think it is ethical to (a) never produce such astudy and (b) never explain why there never was such a study?
