@Au9999 - Sure, but I imagine this would have been part of bargaining during hiring, i.e. I reckon Byron probably wanted shares as part of his package. I'd be more concerned though that Resolution 6 says it's for 2M shares then the "If passed" section states 5m shares.
@bottle - I've had a Senior position where I got a bonus for "doing my job", and I've had a C-level position where I got free cash for "doing my job". I've also had jobs where I dig a trench, and for that I get my salary and that's it. It's pretty common practice too with small/startup/venture companies for equity to be listed as part of the salary package.
@Givemeabreak - In the money before the ink has dried? This morning the price hit 0.044, which is on the money for those options. They're not yet in the money. The options also have performance goals of mine becoming operational, JORC resource doubled, and >$10M revenue. I wouldn't call that free cash, I'd call that what we've all been waiting for. Maybe the new MD will have enough incentive to get this going, because those options issued to previous board members at >0.10 certainly didn't do the trick.
