    Directors are permitted to purchase shares in a rights issue up to the total of their entitlement without requiring shareholder approval.

    Shares purchased by directors in addition to their entitlement require shareholder approval.

    CC has purchased his entitlement only which is in line with the above and does not require shareholder approval.

    AG purchased less than his full entitlement which also does not require shareholder approval and is in line with the above.
