I do not know a lot of about Thorney but it seems everyone is happy with this, obviously we don't know the real intentions but hopefully someone who is in it in the long run will help guide the ship. Buy-not sure if 12% is a standard rate, but I agree, it was debt or a cap raise (which the CEO promised he'd never do again) so a cap raise would mean his departure and a bloodbath. The debt is needed yes, my concern just the cash burn still but I'm confident they will come out and nail the costs for sure. I'm being cautiously confident that they've seen that costs outstrip revenue like we see and they have adjusted and the debt is for pure growth.
