If you look at the SP during October the other option to raise capital/funds was to do a cap raise. It would have been an absolute blood bath if EVS pushed cap raise at 5-6c.
What will be interesting to watch will be the ROI from the facility.
The debt facility is also multi-purpose in that it can be extended to client contracts and cap ex.
