It hasn't happened anywhere near enough.
In this case, he's been a director of BCI for 3x years.......
BCI has a woeful record of Director's share ownership, particularly 'on market transactions'.
It's nice to see a couple of transactions....... at last. One might say it's even a 'sign'.
