Honestly not familiar enough with the UK culture and politics to provide any real insight into why those companies happened to fail given their success here. Australia is a fairly low competition market overall with a low population etc, so maybe Australian companies just aren't prepared with how highly competitive and saturated the UK market is? Especially given the weak Aussie dollar and the levels of investment it would take to establish a foothold over there. But whatever the reason, more than happy for Zip to stay focused on ANZ and America for the next 12 months and not worry about any global expansions.
