    As you said, her annual salary is $950,000. That means her after tax income is $550,000. It’s unrealistic she spends all of her income on investments. I think this level person spends maximum 1/3 of her income on investments is reasonable. That means she can maximum spend $183,333 on investments annually. If she is rational, (of course she is), she won’t only invest one stock. Even she is zip’s ceo, it’s only a job with good pay for her. She no need to spend all her investment on a single stock. So her today’s investment which may equal to her 25% portfolio value already shows her much confidence of zip.
