The shares were sold last week ie BEFORE the announcement of the lending product announcement. He sold ~2m shares, and has ~4m left, plus another 3.3m in performance rights to ensure his motivation remains well aligned with the Company.
As far as comment about Swanger possibly appearing to have been "moved along pretty quick", it's worth noting that he has been a Wisr director since May 2015.
As JGraham18 points out, there's "nothing to see here".
