I want to say that there are gold deposits that originally were not attractive, but as the years went by they eventually were mined and are being mined. Estelle will be mined one day as companies chase gold reserves.
Even if we use the median 2022 sale value in US dollars of $39/oz it gives Estelle a valuation of USD 390m AUD $570m
