That being for the 1st half of the road?

That would be a positive for us, but it would pass under the radar of many people, since SS2 had assumed the full road in its calculations anyway. The first half of the road happening would reduce some for the risk hidden behind the NPV number, but would not show up as an increase in the headline NPV. Just an invisible reduction in risk. But only half way to the full road assumed in SS2.

Instos might care at least. They could reduce the risk discount from X% to Y%. Since I'd imagine a snow road would be cheaper with even a half road to utilise. So the downside scenario improves - snowroad scenario changing from XXXkm to YYYkm.


Though I'm even partially ignoring the half road until I see proof of it happening. Eg. people posting photographs of it under construction. I feel like governments can exaggerate things, like ASX companies can, and plans can change.
