Buying on market doesn't help SPA in the short term. On the other hand the Chair has paid real cash to SPA and that is important today. Where the cash came from is pure speculation. The only other point I would make is all SHs could have done the same as the Chair if they wanted to. The only people selling at present are small time quick $ merchants, some of whom appear regularly in this forum.
